You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Orders should ship in 48 hours after payment has cleared.

Please allow extra time for orders placed Friday, Saturday or holidays.

If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email.

Orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Photos, photo CDs and event shirts are not returnable.

Defective photo CDs can be returned for replacement.

Weight used to calculate shipping costs may not be a true representation of the item weight.
